libjs-yui3-debug software package provides Yahoo User Interface Library v3 (debug files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-yui3-debug
libjs-yui3-debug is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-yui3-debug package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-yui3-debug *
You will get with libjs-yui3-debug package name, version, architecture and description in a table
